Medaille d'Honneur

of the International Napoleonic Society

The International Napoleonic Society has awarded me its Medal d'Honneur in recognition of my research and publications in the Napoleonic studies and continuing support of the INS. The medal has a particular meaning for me since it came with the last letter from Ben Weider, the president of the INS, who passed away in October 2008.
